Our house with two brand new apartments are located in Assach, a very quiet and idyllic farmer’s village in the centre of the Region Schladming-Dachstein. Our apartments are new, modern and contemporary.

In winter you can reach our house on standard winter tyres. There is no need for snow chains.

Parking facilities are right outside our house.

Just a few metres away you’ll find the Dorfgasthaus Koller where you can enjoy breakfast or taste local specialities. There are more restaurants and supermarkets close by in the surrounding areas..

Our house is located 5-7mins away by car from the nearest skiing lift ‘Hauser Kaibling’.

There is a ski shuttle bus service 2 min walk away from our house that operates between the main skiing stations – Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, Reiteralm…

Our apartments give you and your family the opportunity to truly relax in a beautiful environment. The local area is ideal for hiking or walking where you can take in the unspoiled nature of the Alps and get involved in local culture. If you fancy something more strenuous there are plenty of sporting activities nearby.

  • Low season prices are negotiable and available on request (High season: December – March/July-August)

Should the guest decide to leave during their arranged holiday period due to illness or accident, the whole amount will still need to be paid accordingly.

Paragraph 5: “Even if the guest does not make use of the ordered rooms/guest house services, he is under the obligation to pay the accommodation provider the agreed payment amount. The accommodation provider must however deduct what he saves as a result of the non-use of his service or what he has obtained by another letting of the ordered room. Experience has shown that in the majority of cases, company savings as a result of the non-take up of the services amounts to 20 percent of the room price and 30 percent of the catering price.”
